Uli Kelly

Ulrike “Uli” Kelly brings over 15 years of expertise in the mortgage industry to her role as Senior Loan Officer at Greentree Mortgage. Since becoming a licensed Mortgage Originator in 2017, she has guided more than 750 families through the exciting, and sometimes complex, process of securing their dream homes. With over $150 million in closed loan sales, she is known for her dedication to delivering outstanding client service and communication at every step of the loan cycle.

Before becoming a loan officer, Uli honed her skills as a Loan Officer Assistant and Office Manager. Her role included managing day-to-day office operations, streamlining workflows for lenders and processors, and leading marketing and communication strategies—all while ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience for clients.

A well-rounded professional, Uli’s background extends beyond mortgages, with experience in payroll, billing, and both special and higher education administration. She earned her Master’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University in The Netherlands and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree from Georgian Court University in New Jersey.

Originally from Stuttgart, Germany, Uli is fluent in German and enjoys blending her international perspective with her professional expertise. Outside of work, she stays busy as a baseball mom to three kids and nurtures her creative side as an avid reader, amateur painter, and former competitive swimmer.
